As you know Diwali Festival is approaching fast , your plants will remain closed as per your declared holidays list.
It is important to take care of following points to Ensure Safety from Fire during these holidays.
“Most of the Fire Accidents happen , during Holidays in the Plants Or during Night Shifts.”
1. STRICTLY -DO NOT Carry out Any HOT WORK like Welding ,Cutting, Grinding, etc
2. Depute Security & Safety Staff (Round the Clock 24 Hours) to Check the Vacant Areas Carefully.
3. Switch OFF from the main switch All Machines /PCs/ Printers etc ,before leaving the office.
4. Switch off all equipment’s which shall not be in use during the holidays.
( Production line/ QA Labs/ R&D labs/ testing equipment’s/ battery chargers ets)
5.Keep flammable chemicals like NTC/ IPA/ Flux etc in the main chemical store/ Cabinet. ( Do not leave them on work stations)
6.Plug off gas supplies from the source. (LPG/O2/N2/ R600)
7. Do not leave any material or scraps on open docks.
8. Ensure power of ACs/ Fans etc is switched off .
9. Switch off monitors and projectors in meeting rooms.
10. Put all the documents inside the cabinets/drawers
